AdSimple: on the bench.
AdSimple started in March 2026. The idea: AI that builds and runs Google Ads for local service businesses. Plumbers, roofers, landscapers. You just answer the phone.
It's built: it writes the ads, launches them through Google Ads and sends a weekly performance report.
The numbers: a few free trials and $0 collected. It's still not doing anything.
It's on the bench for now. It might be the next one I hand to an AI team, the same setup that runs SlotMaps and Snagworth: a CEO seat with a mandate, a growth seat that does the outreach, and me only for the money and the sales calls.
If you run a local service business (or sell to them), what would make you trust software to spend your ad budget?
