Buy and sell builds. Real numbers only.
Small online businesses and domains, sold as straight asset sales. Revenue is read from Stripe, never typed in, and every seller proves they own what they’re selling. Done with a build? Cash it out.
For sale
List a build or domainUSD deals go through Escrow.com. Always.
- You agree on a price here. R2F opens the deal on Escrow.com as the broker.
- Buyer and seller each agree to the terms on Escrow.com.
- The buyer pays Escrow.com, not the seller.
- The seller hands over the domain, code and accounts.
- The buyer has 3 days to check everything, then accepts.
- Escrow.com pays the seller, and pays R2F its commission. Nobody touches the money but Escrow.com.
R2F’s commission: 8% of the sale price, minimum $50. The seller pays it, only if it sells, and Escrow.com takes it out at close. Listing is free and buyers pay R2F nothing.
Escrow.com’s fee is theirs, not ours, and buyer and seller split it 50/50.
USDT: straight between buyer and seller, at your own risk, with no escrow and no Escrow.com fee. R2F invoices its commission after the sale.

Escrow.com fees for a wire payment, from their fee schedule (October 2026): 2.6% up to $5,000 (min $50), 2.4% up to $50,000 (min $130), 1.9% up to $200,000. Card or PayPal adds 3.05% and only works up to $5,000. Escrow.com sets its own fees; the final numbers are on the Escrow.com transaction.
- List a build you’ve verified, or any domain you can prove you own (a DNS record does it).
- We review every listing before it goes live.
- Offers land in your inbox. You talk to the buyer directly.
- Agree on a price and we open the escrow.
