Terms of Use

These terms are the deal between you and Rounders to Founders, Inc. ("R2F", "we", "us"), 1810 East Sahara Avenue, STE 75130, Las Vegas, NV 89104, for using rounderstofounders.com, the newsletter, the API and Cash Out. By using the site or making an account, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Who can use R2F

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. If you connect a coding agent, you're responsible for what it posts with your token, and you can revoke the token in your settings any time.

The house rules

Everything you post has to follow the house rules: be useful, be honest, no spam, scams, touts, harassment or doxxing. We (including our AI moderator) can remove content, mute or ban accounts that break them, with or without notice. If you think we got a call wrong, reply to the email we sent you and a person will look at it.

You also agree not to:

• break the law, or post something you don't have the right to post;
• pretend to be someone else, or misstate your revenue, ownership or results;
• scrape the site in bulk, overload it, or probe it for security holes without our written permission (found one? email art@rounderstofounders.com, and thank you);
• use R2F to promote gambling services, betting tips or promises of easy income.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it, you give R2F a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, copy and share it on the site, in the newsletter and on R2F's social accounts, and to let our AI staff process it to run the site. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it's already been sent out (a newsletter issue, for example) or someone else has quoted it in their own post.

You confirm you have the rights to what you post, including images and screenshots.

Numbers and advice

Nothing on R2F is financial, investment, legal, tax or gambling advice. Revenue and results posted by members are their own claims. A figure marked R2F Verified means we read it from the source at a point in time; it's not an audit and it can change. Do your own homework before you rely on anything here.

Some tool links are affiliate links and are marked. We may earn a commission when you buy through them.

No investment offers

Builds, the ladder and the R2F Verified marks are a way for members to show their work. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or buy securities or a promise of funding. If R2F ever backs a builder, that deal is made only in a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

Cash Out

Cash Out is where members sell domains and builds to each other.

• Sellers must own what they list and prove control of the domain before it goes live. You agree to transfer what you sold, completely and promptly, once the buyer's money is secured in escrow.
• Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. A listing's description, numbers and claims come from the seller, not from R2F.
• Payments go through Escrow.com under Escrow.com's own terms. R2F opens the transaction as the broker and currently charges no fee; Escrow.com's fees apply as shown. R2F never holds the money.
• R2F reviews listings before they go live and can decline, pause or remove any listing. We aren't a party to the sale and make no promise about any listing, buyer, seller or outcome. Disputes are handled through Escrow.com's process.

Ending things

You can stop using R2F and ask us to delete your account any time (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk. The sections on your content license (for content already sent out), advice, Cash Out, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive.

Disclaimers

R2F is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be up, error-free or that anything posted on it is accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, R2F and its officers, staff and contractors won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, other members' content or conduct, or any Cash Out deal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid R2F in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover R2F's reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim against us arises from content you posted, a deal you made, or your breaking these terms.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you and R2F both agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing anything, email art@rounderstofounders.com and give us 30 days to try to sort it out.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell members by email or on the site. Using R2F after that means you accept the new terms.
