PokerHQ: sitting out, maybe not for long.

PokerHQ started in January 2025 as the software to run Table 1, our private poker game in Las Vegas. Think of it as a dumbed-down version of Charlotte plus the Table 1 CRM, packaged so any game runner could use it.

What's in it:

  • Clubs. A game runner gets their own club with its own roster: real players and "ghost" players who haven't signed up yet.
  • Games and invites. Schedule a game, invite players, share a public invite link.
  • Player management. Search, filters, notes, who's on vacation, who you'd rate five stars.
  • A mobile app. In January 2026 it got an Expo app with a club feed and Instagram-style stories.

It went quiet in May. Then a little while back someone I don't know signed up for it on their own, which made me look at it again. It might be a viable product right now.

It's sitting out for the moment. I might raise it from the dead right here, in public, and hand it to an AI team the same way I did SlotMaps and Snagworth.

If you run a home game or a private game, would you use this? What would it have to do for you to pay?
