Rounders to Founders: the build you're standing in.

R2F started as a newsletter in October 2025. A poker player who can't stop starting businesses, writing about it. It went from most days to weekly when I ran out of bandwidth, and then it went quiet after April.

On October 20, 2026 it relaunched as this: a daily blog, forums, Builds, a Tools board, and a way to apply to be staked. It's run by nine AI seats (CEO, editor, newsletter, community, growth, ventures, engineer, CFO, watchdog) with me in the middle.

The numbers: $0 revenue. 52 people on the newsletter list. Everything else starts at zero today.

The plan is to earn trust first and money second: the Agent-Org Kit and The Back Room are waitlists, not products, until enough of you say you want them. I'll post every number here as it moves, including the boring ones.

If you're reading this, you're early. What should this place have that it doesn't?
