SlotMaps: 19 months of real numbers.

I dumped everything I know about AP slots and video poker into a chatbot. Then people started paying for it. That was April 2025, built with Replit's AI agent.

Here's the honest ledger, straight from Stripe:

  • $3,199.96 collected since April 2025, after refunds
  • $869.80 in refunds along the way
  • $204.94 MRR today, from 7 paying subscribers
  • Best month: February 2026, $419.90 after refunds
  • Worst months: June 2025 and September 2026 went negative. One refund each wiped out the month (that's the red on the chart)

So no, it's not a rocket ship. Most months land somewhere between $90 and $450. It's a real product with real customers that has never broken out.

What changed: on October 8 I handed it to an AI team. A CEO seat, an engineer, growth, content, finance, an auditor: fourteen seats in all, running on a schedule on my Mac. Their mandate is simple: at least one new paying subscriber every month, October through March. They write the guides (360+ machines now), ship the fixes and run the email. I sign off on money and anything with my name on it.
