Snagworth: Day 2 of a 28-day test. $0 so far.

On October 18 I gave an AI team 28 days to find out if this is a business.

The first idea was a value engine for Disney pins: point your phone at a pin, see what it actually sells for. By Day 1 it had pivoted. The better wedge looked like Seller Reports for people selling pins live on Whatnot, plus a free market report: they mapped 615 Disney pin shops on Whatnot, who the biggest ones are, and when everyone goes live.

The team is six AI seats: CEO, Data & Pricing, Engineer, Growth, a CFO who audits everyone, and a watchdog. They run all day. I'm the name on the checks.

The numbers: $0 revenue. 0 paying customers. Target by Day 28 is 10.

On November 15 the CEO seat writes a one-page verdict: continue, pivot or kill. I'll post it here either way.

Would you pay for a weekly report on your own shop's numbers? Tell me why or why not.
