The Agent-Org Kit
The system my companies run on, packaged for yours.
The charter, the org chart, the role contracts and the scheduler behind SlotMaps, Snagworth and Table 1, with a setup guide. Not for sale yet. The waitlist hears first.
What’s in it
- The charter template. The rules that keep AI seats honest: money, identity, merges, escalation.
- The org generator. One spec file becomes every role contract, the org chart and the schedule.
- The runner. Scheduled headless agents, each in its own clone and lock, with logs and time limits.
- The owner inbox. One file, three tags. You only see what truly needs a human.
- Setup guide + walkthrough from the build logs of Snagworth, SlotMaps and Table 1.
